Hosttiller offers various hosting services, including NVMe Shared Hosting, Cloud Hosting, Managed WordPress Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS Hosting, and Dedicated Server Hosting. Each service has specific features and limitations as outlined on our website.
3. Unlimited Storage Policy
Hosttiller provides unlimited storage for certain hosting plans, subject to usage limitations:Storage must be used solely for website-related content.File-sharing, video storage, or excessive non-website content is prohibited.Abuse of storage policies may lead to account suspension.
4. Refund Policy
Eligible Services: Refunds are available for Shared, Cloud, Reseller, and WordPress Hosting under specific terms.Ineligible Services: VPS Hosting, Dedicated Hosting, and Domain Services are non-refundable.Refund Period: We offer a 5-day refund for monthly plans and a 30-day refund for annual plans.Refunds are applicable only to direct customers, not clients of resellers.
5. Reseller Hosting & Client Support
Hosttiller provides technical support to our direct clients. Resellers are responsible for supporting their own customers.
6. Billing and Payment
Payment is required in advance.Overdue accounts may be suspended or terminated.Hosttiller is not liable for any damages resulting from suspension or termination of services due to non-payment.

Users are prohibited from:
Hosting, transmitting, or promoting illegal content or activities.Engaging in any form of spamming, phishing, or unauthorized email sending.Uploading content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.Engaging in resource abuse, such as running scripts that overload our servers.
8. Data Privacy and Security
Data Collection: Hosttiller may collect personal information as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Data Protection: We strive to maintain secure data storage but do not guarantee the absolute security of data transmission.
9. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password. Hosttiller will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to user accounts.
10. Content Ownership and Rights
Users retain ownership of all content stored on Hosttiller servers. However, users grant Hosttiller a license to use, reproduce, and distribute content as required to provide our services.
11. Limitation of Liability
Hosttiller shall not be liable for:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
